Zander grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado but has called the Treasure Valley home since moving here in 2008. He graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Concordia University School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude, ranked number four in his class. While in law school, Zander received five separate CALI awards for achieving a class high score in courses. He also received the highest tier of pro bono service award available in recognition of the time he spent assisting underrepresented individuals and families in landlord-tenant disputes through his work as a limited license intern with the Concordia Housing Clinic.
Zander's past legal career includes work at the Ada County Public Defender's Office where he gained valuable trial experience at both the misdemeanor and felony level all while ensuring that his indigent clients received the legal representation that everyone deserves. He then went on to work for multiple high volume personal injury firms where he represented hundreds of clients in their fight with insurance companies. Since joining the team at Attorneys of Idaho, Zander has continued to represent the little guy in their fight against both the government and big insurance companies.
Zander is an active member of the Idaho State Bar as well as the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association. While attending Northwest Nazarene University, Zander played as a goalkeeper for the men's soccer team. To this day he enjoys spending his free time playing soccer, bingeing Lord of the Rings, or exploring the many great outdoor activities that Idaho has to offer.
