Sandpoint, ID (March 27, 2024) – On Monday, March 25, a rollover accident in the Sandpoint area resulted in one fatality and one injury.

According to local officers, the collision occurred around 2:45 a.m. on Highway 200. One motorist, identified only as an adult woman from Clark Fork, was killed in the crash. Another woman, also from Clark Fork and riding as a passenger in one of the vehicles involved, was injured in the wreck and transferred to a hospital; the specifics of her injuries were not made public. However, an investigation is still ongoing in the interim.
