Dump Truck Crashes in Idaho

Personal injury claims resulting from truck accidents are typically more complex than those involving passenger vehicles. Generally, one or both drivers will be at fault in a passenger vehicle accident. The truck driver may not be the sole party responsible for a truck accident claim. The truck or transportation company may also be held accountable for the accident if the company employs the driver. This party could be held responsible if another company improperly maintained the vehicle.

Even a defective component on a truck could have been a contributing factor to your accident. High-limit insurance policies are also mandatory for trucking companies. However, insurance adjusters may occasionally object when victims and their families request substantial compensation. Lastly, truck and haulage companies must comply with stringent federal and state regulations. These laws regulate a wide range of areas, including the maximum number of hours a driver may work on the road, the necessary maintenance schedules, the medical requirements for truck drivers, the weight limits of the vehicle, and more. If you have been injured, it is beneficial to have a competent truck accident lawyer in Boise, Idaho, on your side, as numerous complex factors could potentially impact your truck accident claim and the aftermath of the accident.
