Idaho Falls, ID (April 19, 2024) – A motorcyclist was transported to the hospital following a collision on Sunnyside Road on Friday morning, April 19, per local authorities.

Police say the incident occurred near Mel Erickson Sunnyside Park just before 10:00 a.m. As they investigated the accident, officers with the Idaho Falls Police Department personnel blocked traffic until approximately 1:00 p.m. As of now, the cause of the wreck is still under investigation, and details about the number of vehicles involved have not been reported. EMTs rushed the motorcyclist to an area hospital following the crash, where they remained in unknown condition. Witnesses were asked to get in touch with the IFPD if they had additional information.
