Multi-Vehicle Accidents in Idaho
In Idaho, victims of auto accidents caused by careless drivers are entitled to full compensation for all losses and costs incurred; however, this process often becomes quite difficult in situations involving many vehicles and drivers.
Fortunately, our staff at Attorneys of Idaho is experienced in handling collision damage. We understand that being paid won't make your experience or the agony of your injuries different. However, the best way to get justice for what you've gone through is to sue a negligent driver and get compensation via their insurance company. Should the necessity arise, your Boise car accident attorneys will do everything within their power to enable you to negotiate and pursue damages for the injuries you sustained adequately.
The allocation of fault in Boise is based on percentages, and comparative fault regulations allow you to be compensated even if you had any involvement in the accident. If an evaluation reveals that you bear fifty percent or more of the blame, you will not qualify for reimbursement. Nevertheless, following a collision, you should always consult with an experienced lawyer, even if you believe you are partially at fault.
