Idaho Falls, ID (April 29, 2024) – Several people were hospitalized following a crash in Idaho Falls that involved six vehicles Monday afternoon.

It happened around 4:45 p.m. at 1st and Woodruff, according to Idaho Falls Police Department spokeswoman Jessica Clements. Clements said that a black SUV headed south on Woodruff veered onto 1st Street to avoid hitting a silver SUV trying to turn left. The black SUV hit a silver Cadillac, which was spun sideways and pushed into the three cars that had been surrounding the Cadillac prior to the collision. The Idaho Falls Fire Department confirms several individuals were taken by ambulance to a local hospital. He did not provide the victims' names or conditions. No further developments have been released concerning the crash, but an investigation remains ongoing.

Our thoughts are extended to the injured victims and their loved ones. We hope for their complete recovery.

Multi-Vehicle Accidents in Idaho

Idaho Falls, ID - Several Hurt in Six-Vehicle Crash at 1st & Woodruff

Victims of car accidents caused by negligent drivers in Idaho are entitled to full compensation for all losses and expenses incurred; however, this may become especially complicated in accidents involving multiple vehicles and drivers.

Fortunately, our staff at Attorneys of Idaho is well-equipped to manage the consequences of an accident. It is understood that obtaining compensation will not alter the reality of your situation or the agony caused by your injuries. Reimbursing the negligent driver for your injuries through their insurance company or filing a lawsuit is the most effective method of obtaining justice for your suffering. Your Idaho Falls auto accident attorneys will spare no effort to ensure you can negotiate and, if necessary, legally pursue compensation for the damages caused to you.

In our state, comparative fault rules allow individuals to obtain compensation notwithstanding any personal involvement in the catastrophe; the allocation of culpability is calculated in percentage form. You will not qualify for compensation if an evaluation concludes that you are at least fifty percent at fault. That said, regardless of the presumed percentage of fault, it is crucial to consult with a qualified attorney following a collision.
