Idaho Falls, ID (September 4, 2024) – Troopers with the Idaho State Police confirmed that an accident involving a car and a bus occurred near the junction of Highway 20 and 26 on Wednesday evening, September 4.

According to witness reports and initial information released by the ISP, the accident took place around 5:45 p.m. Local news footage also indicated that the passenger vehicle involved in the crash overturned as a result of the collision. It's unclear how many victims were taken to the hospital, but EMTs assessed at least two individuals at the scene.
