Motorcycle Accidents in Idaho

During the past several years alone, the Idaho Department of Transportation documented approximately 1,800 motorcycle collisions, which led to more than 100 fatalities and well over 1,400 injuries. Motorcycle collisions often lead to significant and, in certain cases, irreversible injuries that profoundly affect the victim for the rest of their life. Tragically and all too frequently, motorcycle collisions claim the lives of victims, leaving bereaved families with the significant burden of rebuilding their lives while mourning their lost loved ones.
Motorcycle crashes are factored into Idaho's conventional fault-based system for determining liability for monetary losses and damages resulting from motor vehicle collisions. In Idaho motorcycle collisions, liability is established through comparative negligence. It's essential for victims and their families to seek counsel on their legal options and alternatives after a motorcycle collision.
