Burley, ID (April 28, 2024) – The Idaho State Police is investigating a vehicle crash that occurred Saturday night on Old Highway 30 near 2450 East in Cassia County.

A 48-year-old man from Jackson was transported to the hospital by air ambulance, and a 48-year-old male passenger from Rupert was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of the crash, which occurred along Old Highway 30. It's unclear if anyone else was hurt in the incident. The details and events leading up to the collision are still unknown, but the crash is still under investigation by ISP, and any witnesses were asked to get in touch.
