Ammon, ID (July 26, 2024) – According to police, Bonneville County Sheriff Deputies were investigating a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Sunnyside and Eagle Roads, injuring one man and a woman on Friday, July 26.
Around 5:00 p.m., deputies said that the two cars collided in the intersection, sending one car north on Eagle Road, hitting the Idaho Falls Pediatrics building before overturning. A woman in one of the cars was taken to the hospital, along with a man, though it’s unclear if anyone else was injured in the incident. Deputies were also asking drivers to avoid the intersection as they investigated the accident. No other updates concerning the wreck were released, but an inquiry into the cause of the incident is still ongoing.
