Bailey Twitchell is a Boise criminal defense attorney at Attorneys of Idaho. She combines experience in complex litigation support with public defense training and a firm belief that every person deserves someone in their corner when the stakes are high.

Bailey was born and raised in small-town Nevada in a family with deep roots in the ranching and rodeo community. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Before law school, she worked as a paralegal for complex litigation firms, where she learned how careful preparation and attention to detail can shape a case.

Bailey earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2023. During law school, she worked with private firms and served as a limited-license attorney at the Ada County Public Defender’s Office. Those roles gave her experience reviewing evidence, working directly with clients, and helping defend people accused of crimes.

Today, Bailey focuses exclusively on criminal defense. Her practice includes DUI defense and other misdemeanor and felony matters. She approaches each case by identifying the facts that matter, reviewing the government’s evidence closely, and giving the client a clear understanding of the available options.

Bailey is a member of the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She knows that a criminal case can feel overwhelming, and she works to provide steady communication, thoughtful preparation, and determined advocacy from the first conversation through the resolution of the case.

Outside the office, Bailey enjoys reading, hunting, team roping, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
