Injury-Causing Accidents in Idaho
Notwithstanding an insurance company's potential resistance, victims are entitled to receive complete compensation for all losses and expenses incurred due to their car accident caused by a negligent driver in Idaho. Thankfully, our team at Attorneys of Idaho knows how to handle the aftermath of a crash. We are aware that receiving compensation will not remove your injuries. Nonetheless, we hope that you understand that justice should be and will be served. Your Boise auto accident lawyers will ensure you can negotiate and legally seek compensation for the harm inflicted upon you should you need to do so.
Comparative fault laws in Boise permit you to receive compensation even if you contributed in some way to the accident. The data is decomposed into percentages. A portion of the liability for the automobile collision must be shifted to you if your culpability falls below 50%. Although it may be diminished if it exceeds 50%, you will still obtain something. If an assessment determines that you are fifty percent or more at fault, you will be ineligible for compensation.
