Pocatello, ID (October 27, 2024) – Local authorities say that one motorcyclist died and another was injured in a crash near the Simplot plant just outside of Pocatello city limits on Sunday evening, Idaho State Police said.
The crash took place at 5:45 p.m. on October 27 and involved two motorcycles. Police say it occurred on East County Road before its intersection with Highway 30. One of the motorcyclists, an adult male, died at the scene following the collision, Idaho State Police added. The other motorcyclist, also an adult male, suffered injuries in the crash and was reportedly transported to a nearby medical facility for further care and evaluation. The investigation into the crash is ongoing, and anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to contact local authorities.
