Meridien, ID (October 1, 2024) – Idaho State Police troopers reported a rollover crash that occurred on Interstate 84 eastbound near South Eagle Road just before the Eagle Exit on Tuesday morning, October 1.
The Idaho Transportation Department added that other motorists should consider an alternative route, as emergency vehicles were at the scene. According to local authorities, the incident occurred around 6:25 a.m. EMTs were dispatched shortly thereafter and those with injuries were taken to area hospitals, though the total number of injured victims is unknown. The eastbound lanes were closed for about two hours as the on-scene inquiry into the crash wrapped up. No further details were released, however, and an investigation is still ongoing.
