According to the Idaho State Police, both a Kia Rio and a Subaru Impreza were traveling westbound on I-84 when the Kia collided with the rear of the Subaru. Subsequently, a Mitsubishi Mirage, also traveling westbound, struck the driver of the Kia who was outside his vehicle.
