Car Accident Reports in Idaho

Oftentimes, motorists' careless actions on our roads, such as distracted driving, significantly contribute to the accident rate in Idaho. As a consequence of the ever-constant presence of mobile phones and other electronic devices, drivers continue to use them to perform various tasks, even while behind the wheel, including social media browsing, navigating with GPS, and text messaging. This has increased collisions across the nation, including in our state. However, mechanical failures out of a driver's control can also contribute to these incidents, from brake failures to mechanical issues and beyond.
